高职院校法治教育的现状与思考

法治教育是德育的重要组成部分,在帮助学生走向社会的过程中起着不可替代的作用。然而当前我国高职院校对法治教育重视不够,学生法治信仰缺失,权利意识缺乏,学校法治教育的力量相对薄弱。为此,应该改进相关课程设置,增加法治实践教育;提高辅导员与教师素质,建立专业法律教学队伍,以确保高职院校培养优质人才。

On the Status of Law Education in Higher-vocational Schools

Law education is an important part of moral education. It has an unsubstitute effect in the process of helping students go into society. But law education in higher vocational institute in our country is neglected. The students are lack of belief in law and consciousness in rights and the power of law education is weak. So we should ameliorate the setting of curriculum, add the practice of law education, advance the diathesis of instructor and teachers and constitute the speciality law team of teaching in order to bring up the high grade talents in higher vocational institute.
