| Abstract: | In the 21st century,for the survival and development of enterprise,employee＇s training is becoming more and more important.This paper first explains the meaning of employee＇s training and emphasizes its importance,then it explains the purpose of employee＇s training and has a brief introduction to its mission and form,finally it shows establishing learning enterprise is the requirement for development. |
