认知风格差异与大学生教育管理活动设计

摘    要:在学生管理中,每个个体之间表现出很大的差异。根据"场依存"与"场独立"学生的不同特性来设计不同教育管理任务,可以更好地发挥不同学生认知风格的强项,使其达到性格优势互补,从而能更有效地促进学生教育管理水平的提高。

Abstract:In the process of college students' management,the differences between individuals are showed clearly.The various tasks of educational management should be designed according to students' peculiarities of "field dependence" and "field independence".The purpose is to make the advantages of recognition styles play better,and to have merits of their characters develop mutually and to promote the efficiency of students' educational management.
