试论现代大学制度建设的价值导向

现代大学制度是人们对理想的大学发展模式的设计。现代大学制度建设具有明确的价值观导引，它具体表现为四种价值，即问责性、适切性、适应性和创造性价值，它们共同构成现代大学行动的价值链。这告诉人们，大学发展必须与外界建立一种和谐的关系，而保持价值平衡是为大学构建一个可持续发展环境的基点。

On the Value-orientation of Modern University System's Construction

Modern university system is an ideal design about the model of university development. Constructing the modern university system is value-oriented and in details, the values involved i.e., accountability, relevance, acceptance, creativeness; they build a value-chain for modern university action. Therefore, the development of university must esfablish a harmonious relationship with outside world, while the key to it is to keep a balanced value structure.
