| 摘 要： | 沙尘暴作为一种灾害性天气现象近年来严重威胁中国北方,“软黄金”即羊绒产业的蓬勃发展背后隐藏着不可忽视的环境危机。应吸取某些发达国家的畜牧业生产与保护环境协调发展的经验,做到“鱼与熊掌兼得”。

| Abstract: | Being a disastrous weather, sandstorm has been threatening North China in the recent years. There is a formidable environmental crisis behind the rapid development of goat fluff industry. Weighing the advantages and the disadvantages with both the positive and negative examples abroad, this paper attempts to forward the resolutions to this conflict. |
