摘    要:高校岗位津贴分配制度要以岗位工作的复杂程度、强度、效益度为主要依据,处理好不同岗位人员在津贴分配中的关系,注重津贴分配方案的导向性和动态性,处理好效率与公平的关系。

Abstract:Many problems in post allowance distribution system still exist in spite of the achievements the reform of the system has currently made. Solving these problems, we should properly handle the relationship among staff on different posts on the basis of how complicated and intensive the job of the post is and whether it is fulfilled efficiently. Meanwhile, we should lay stress on the orientation and dynamic of the distribution plan and balance the relationship between efficiency and fairness.
