摘    要:陶行知在 2 0世纪 2 0~ 30年代的教育改革 ,给我们现在的基础教育改革至少有三点启示 :1 .理论层面 :“教育脱离生活、理论脱离实际、学校脱离社会”是当时也是当今教育和社会发展的最大障碍 ,我们必须坚定地走素质教育的基础教育改革之路 ;2 .实践层面 :陶行知教育改革实践昭示我们 ,教育改革家首先是实干家而不仅仅是宣传家。教育改革需要勇往直前 ,不抱怨现实 ;3.精神层面 :改革首先要有强烈的社会责任感 ,其次要有锲而不舍的精神 ,其三是不怕失败

Abstract:Tao Xing-zhi's reform of education in the twenties and thirties century gives great inspiration to our present refom of elementary education at least in three respects. l. in theory respect : Education losing contact with life; theories being divorced from reality; schools being out of society are the obstacles to the present education and social development. We must stick firmly to the refom of the elementary education of quality education. 2. inpractice respect : Tao Xing-zhils practice in the reform of education makes clear to us that the reforming educationatists not the propergangders but the men of action; that the reform of education needs advancing bravely, doesn' t need complaining reality. 3. in spiritual respect: Reforming firstly requires intense respon-sibility for the society, secondly, recquires the spirit of perseverance, and thirdly braves failume.
