| 摘 要： | 通过深入研究和借鉴高职院校的人才培养模式,结合地方普通本科院校人才培养目标和定位,提出了以就业为导向的地方普通院校人才培养新模式,即"理论课的提前修读与预就业相结合"的模式,并对这一模式存在的问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Through the in-depth study and reference of training models in vocational institutions and combination of personnel training objectives and positioning of regional regular undergraduate institutions,this paper raises the employment-oriented personnel training model in regional regular institutions,that is,the combination of the pre-study of theory courses and pre-employment,and discusses the problems existing in the training model. |
