意向性、语言与个体化

我们知觉到的都是单个的个体,然而语言中真正具有解释意义的是那些表达共相的词语,但我们既能够认识共相也能够认识殊相。这个事实揭示了我们语言所具有的意向性,这种意向性使得我们能够超越共相而指向个体,超越语言而抵达世界。而这一切的基础则是我们意识的意向性,正是意向性在我们这个一切皆流的世界中将世界个体化,进而通过语言将世界转化成一个相对静止的、具有固定意义的世界。对于这个过程而言,我们自身既是这个过程的发起者,也是这个过程的产物。

Intentionality Language and Individuation

What we perceive are all individuals,one by one,but only those words which express universals can have interpretive meaning.However,we can get to know individuals as well as universals.This fact reveals the intentionality in our language.We can go beyond the universals to individuals,beyond language to the real world by the very intentionality.All of these are dependent on the intentionality of our consciousness.This intentionality makes the ever-changing world to be the world of individuals,and then changes the dynamic world into a relatively static world which has fixed meanings by languages.In this process,we are the constructors as well as the products of the process.
