| 摘 要： | 到目前为止，我国还没有真正意义上的统一的《产品责任法》。新的《产品质量法》虽已颁布，在一定程度上适应了市场经济发展的要求，但它并不能全面合理地解决产品责任问题，因而我国产品责任法律制度无论从形式上还是内容上都有必要做进一步的完善。

The new product quality law has been issued and the need of the development of market economy to some extent, however, it can not solve the problem of product liability comprehensively and reasonably Thus, the product liability legal system in China needs further completing in both form and content. |
