| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、调查法、案例分析法，从奥运会志愿者的特征及其对管理的影响入手，探讨了奥运会志愿者的管理过程，评述了历届奥运会志愿者管理的得失，结合中国志愿者活动的概况，分析了北京奥运会志愿者管理的优势与劣势，并针对核心问题提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the management of volunteer in Olympic Games,reviews the success and failure in the history of Olympic Games,analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of volunteer management in Beijing Olympic Games through using the method of literature,investigation and case analysis.Based on core problems,some countermeasures are put forwarded. |
