| 摘 要： | 从民族地区远程开放教育院校实际出发,按照实事求是的原则,西部民族地区远程开放教育院校学习支持服务体系硬件系统建设要因地制宜,最大限度地提高原有教学资源的利用率,加强网络设施建设,发挥传统教学资源媒体的重要作用;软件系统要建设数字化教学资源、信息资源及校园文化。

| Abstract: | From the environments and facts of the distance and open education colleges in the western minority areas,for the hardware system construction it must been done to act according to circumstances,increase availability of original educational resources extremely,enhance the construction of network and make the traditional educational media resources affection well,and construct the digital teaching resources,the information resources and the campus culture for the software system. |
