摘    要:当前高校图书馆读者服务正面临着前所未有的发展机遇,但也面临着前所未有的挑战。在高校图书馆读者服务过程中人与人、人与信息、人与环境、人与自我的交流、互动、沟通日益增加,同时产生的问题、矛盾、冲突也会骤增。本文从应用首因效应建立良好的读者印象、重视近因效应形成积极的阅读心理、运用晕轮效应扩大满意的服务影响、注意群体效应形成正面的模仿倾向、皮克马利翁效应发挥情感的促进作用、克服定势效应提高馆员的自身素质六方面谈高校图书馆馆员在读者服务工作中如何构筑和谐的心理效应,有效的提高读者服务工作质量。
