| 摘 要： | 依据体育学、社会学、文化学和管理学的有关原理，以辨证的思维方式，通过对大众健身操的开展在现代都市休闲体育中占有很大比重分析，拓展大众健身操的健身、娱乐、休闲价值，达到以人为本，追求健康，体现对人类自身的尊重为最终目的。论述了大众健身操开展在现代都市休闲体育中的必然性，进而提出在现代都市休闲体育中开展大众健身操所面临的问题与解决方略。
