摘    要:成人教育的职业性倾向一定程度上是实用主义教育哲学的表现,它要求成人学习和职业发展之间要始终保持必要的张力。"工作学习化"、"学习工作化",绩效成为二者的沟通点。以绩效为视角,成人学习是追求"卓越绩效"的学习,可以利用多种绩效技术改进成人学习绩效。

Abstract:The occupation orientation of adult education is,to a certain extent,the representation of pragmatism education philosophy.It requests that adult learning and occupation development should keep a necessity tension mutually.Working is learning or learning is working.Performance becomes the connection of the two.From the performance perspective,adult learning pursues outstanding performance.We can make use of various performance technology to improve learning performance.
