黄冈工业化程度判定及经济增长方式选择分析——黄冈市新型工业化道路的思考

依靠高投入、高耗能所带动的经济增长和工业化,已给国民经济保持持续、稳定增长带来较为严重的负面效应,出现了资源严重短缺、环境急剧恶化、就业矛盾尖锐的状况。本文在黄冈工业化程度的判定基础上,分析制约黄冈工业化进程的因素,并提出相应的政策思考。

The Determination of the Industrialization and the Analysis on the Economic Increase Method——The New type of industrialization of Huanggang

The economic increase and industrialization relying on higher investment and consuming energy have given some negative effect on the sustainably and steadily developing national economy.And the meanwhile,it produces lots of problems,such as the seriously short resources,fiercely awful environment and hard employment contradictions.The article analyzes the elements which restrains the process of the industrialization in Huanggang city,and puts forward the corresponding policies,on the basis of the determination for the industrialization in Huanggang city.
