On Building a Harmonious College Campus by Fostering Morality and Cultivating the Students

The proper way to develop a college is to foster morality and cultivate the strdents.An old saying goes in mind it is morality ,in practice it is behaviour. It is an important task for higher edueation to foster sound morality and cultivate proper manners .it is also the reguirement of colleges to construcr a harmonious campus to buttress the achievements ,deepen the trans formation, improve the guality, and keep on the develoopmenr.The purpose of construcring a hrmonious campus is to be democratic and law-basde, to be fair and just, to be honset and friendly, to be vigorous and energeric, to be peaceful and orderly, and to be harmonious with the nature. the base on which we are supposed to build a harmonious canpus is to foster proper manners on the campus, encourge teahers and students to to do their best, make pracrtcal regulations and evaluating methods. The basic guaranttee of building a harmrnious canpus is the enforcement of the leadorship of the Party.
