| 摘 要： | 在体育教学中,实施素质教育、提高教学质量,关键是教师。体育教师必须具有广博的科学知识、过硬的语言能力、正确的技术示范和科学管理能力等基本素质。同时,素质教育还要求体育教师应具有强烈的事业心,不断提高业务水平,掌握体育心理学知识等。

| Abstract: | Teacher is the key in implementing quality teaching and improving teaching level in physlcal education.This paper discusses the details in two respects;the first is that sports teachers must have vast scientific knowledge,strong language ability,right technical model and scientific management capacity,secondly,sports teacher should also possess a high sense of responsibility,omplementing moral education through the processing of teaching,raising teachers vocational work quality and mastering knowledge of physical psychology are essential to sports teacher. |
