| 摘 要： | 辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,在我国高等教育大众化的背景下,高校要更新观念,创新工作方法,在内容和形式上不断完善德育管理体系,积极推行辅导员导师制,拓展辅导员工作职能,打造专业化职业化辅导员队伍,为我国高校思想政治教育提供有力保障。
