| Abstract: | This article introduced the creative system of north Europe nations and its achievement,made a comparison from the social system and the economic circumstances between the North Europe and our country,and clarified and analyzed the contents of the national creative system of our country.Finally it pointed out the direction of our country's higher school laboratory construction. |
