Abstract:Learning quotient reflects mainly the relationship of academic attainment and age on human growing phase. The meaning of academic attainment is the capacity for self-education or self-learning. The structure of academic attainment can be analyzed: choice system; acceptance system; thinking and processing system; memory system; motivation system; management system. There are three elements to improve learning quotient: optimization; ambition; construction.
