论“小学生成功发展素质”的结构及培养

现代社会的发展和素质教育的实施对小学生的素质培养提出了新的要求 ,也对教育者提出了新的研究课题。小学素质教育的目标应该是使学生能够持续成功地学习、生活和工作。因此 ,应该培养他们“成功发展”的素质。“小学生成功发展素质”由八种因素构成。加强德育研究、改变教育观念和体制、提高教师素质、实行面向全体学生的教育是培养“小学生成功发展素质”的根本措施

On the Structure & Cultivation of "the Successful Development of Pupils's Quality

The development of modern society and the enforcement of quality education have set a new demand for the cultivation of pupils, and put forward a question before educators. The aim of quality education in primary schools is to enable pupils to study, live and work steadily and successfully. Therefore, the cultivation of "successful development" quality is necessary. "The successful development of pupils' quality" is made up of eight factors. Strengthening the research of moral education, changing the ideas and system of education, improving the quality of teachers and enforcing the education faced with all the pupils are the essential measures in cultivating "the successful development of pupils' quality".
