| 摘 要： | 通过比较压滴法、扦片直接法、扦片复合法、小室培养法，并进行若干制片技巧的改良，完成模式微生物粗糙链孢霉无性、有性两种繁殖方式完整标本的制作．其中采用扦片复合法及改良制片技巧所得的菌种标本效果最佳，实用性强．

| Abstract: | To perform the making of pattern microbe,Neurospore crassa,complete specimens for agamogenesis and sexual reproduction,this research applied the pressure drop comparing method,simple insertion cover-slip,compound insertion cover-slip and chamber culture method.This paper also intorduced some improved techniques.The results showed that compound insertion cover-slip method was the most favorable one,and associated with improved techniques,it would get the optimum result.The associated optimum combination should be widely applied in specimen making for its practicability. |
