| 摘 要： | 无论是从产业结构上看,还是从所有制结构、产业结构与产值结构关系上看,目前,我国劳动力的配置很不合理,必须进行优化调整.调整的对策是加速城市化进程;积极发展第三产业;建立健全社会保障制度;保证非公有制经济发展的政策和制度的落实;加速乡镇企业的转制和改革.
