The Effects of Mass Media in the Construction of the Socialist Core Value System

Mass media is an important channel and an important force in the propaganda, education and the actual practice of the socialist core value system. It plays an important role in harmonizing value differences and guiding public opinion, but meanwhile it may be used or abused as a tool for the infiltration of westem ideology and thus become the communication and propaganda site of harmful information and negative cultures.
