分布式降雨径流预报系统的设计与实现

摘    要:以三峡梯级调度与通信中心需求为基础,以Delphi为前端开发工具,Oracle为后台数据库,MapX为GIS平台,开发了基于降雨径流模型的3层分布式预报系统,实现了对水文数据的分析和预测,优化了预报计算过程,缩短了数据分析时间,进一步提高了水文预报的可靠性和及时性。

Abstract:The system is based on the requirement of Three Gorges Operation and Control Center and it is developed with Delphi as its development tool,together with Oracle database and MapX GIS component.The rainfall runoff forecasting system is implemented based on distributed structure and designed to analyze and forecast data in hydrology as well as to optimize the calculation process and to shorten analyzing time,in a word,to improve the reliability of the hydrological forecast.
