| 摘 要： | 对高职院校英语教师和学生调查分析结果表明,目前高职英语教师在创新精神、知识面、信息量、教学方法和生动形象等素质方面存在问题,并在调查结果的基础上分析了教师素质问题产生的原因,提出了相应的对策,有利于提高教学质量.
