高校人性化教育实践与思考

对河南理工大学教育现状进行抽样调查研究,发现我国高校人性化教育的实施尚处于中低水平。教育对学生的自身完善、全面发展以及学生的主体意识重视不够,这势必会给学生的身心发展造成严重的影响,因而人性化教育改革势在必行。高校教育要＂以人为本＂,就必须注重构建有价值底蕴与现代气息的大学精神与校园文化,加强教师队伍的建设,构建和谐教学环节,完善教育管理体系,促进学生与教师教学相长,推动高校教育和谐、健康、科学地发展。
