| 摘 要： | 水电是资源性产业,是阿坝州具有比较优势和良好发展前景的支柱产业。本论文论述了阿坝州开发水电和实施“州电外送“工程的有利条件,分析了当前阿坝州开发水电和实施“州电外送“工程的有利条件和不利因素,提出了四个方面的建议,对全州开发水电和实施“州电外送“工程有积极的参考价值和指导意义。

| Abstract: | Hydroclectricity is a resource industry,and is a promising supporting in which Aba prefecture has relative superioriry.This article discusses and acalyscs the advantages and unfavourable factors of the exploitation of ltydroeleetricity and the execution of "Transport of Electrical pouer from the prefecture to the outside"in ABa Prefecture.The article also presents four suggestions Keeping in mind the advantahges and umfavourable factors,which is of positive reference value and great directive significance in the development of the wlrk. |
