培养自我教育能力是大学教师的首要职责

摘    要:自我教育是学习主体根据社会的需求,有目的、有计划、主动地对自我提出任务,把自我作为认识、评价、强化、否定的对象,通过自觉的学习不断获取新知识和培养能力,以提高和完善自我素质的一种教育方式,是自我意识发展的高级阶段。引导学生进行自我教育是教育改革的必然趋势,是发展学生整体素质的需要,是培养创新人才的关键,符合构建创新社会、实现可持续发展的基本国策。大学教育阶段是自我教育能力培养的最佳时段,大学教师必须将培养自我教育能力放在教学工作的首位。

Abstract:Self-education is one kind of teaching methods that the main role of learning can perfect their capability. It is the advanced phrase of the development of self-consciousness. It requires that the mission should be put forward based on the requirement of society, purposively, designedly and actively. Self is the object of cognition, opinion, intensification and denial. Leading students to do self-education is the necessary wind of educational reformation, the demand of improving students' general capability, the key of training innovative persons with ability. It accords with the basic national policy of establishing innovative society and sustainable development. The phase of college is the best time of training self-educated ability. Teacher lecturers must put the training self-educated ability on top of the teaching.
