| 摘 要： | 通过N^＋离子束诱变斜卧青霉A10，经透明圈法初筛，摇瓶发酵复筛，测定酶活，获得一株高产纤维素酶的突变菌株LA17，酶活达5．48IU／ml．与出发株相比，其产酶能力提高44．20％．

| Abstract: | Penicillium decumbens A10 was treatment with the N+_ion beam,A high cellulose-producing mutant strain LA17 was obtained by screening using the methods of transparent zone and shaking culture.The activity of mutant strains LA17 achieved 5.48IU/ml.comparing with that of the original strain,the activity was enhanced 44.20%. |
