| 摘 要： | 胎儿在子宫内生长发育的时期大约需要10个月.从受精卵起到胚胎出离卵膜的这段过程叫做胚胎发育.在胚胎发育过程中,遗传物质的改变或环境因素的影响都会引起胚胎发育异常,导致流产或出生缺陷.在计划生育被人们普遍接受的今天,优生显得越来越重要.为了防止或减少先天性畸形和遗传性疾病患儿出生,及时阻断遗传病和各类畸形的发生,减少群体中有害基因的积累和传递,本文深入探讨新生儿畸形的发生率及其可能的病因,为防治提供依据.
