| 摘 要： | 锚机是船舶靠、离码头时重要且不可缺少的设备之一。为了保证船舶的安全，在锚机使用之前必须对其进行检测试验。试验的项目有：液压管路试验；空载试验；锚链轮部分的工作负载试验、控制制动装置试验、过载拉力试验、制动器效用试验、制动器支持负载试验；卷筒部分工作负载试验。对锚机在使用过程中易出现的故障进行归类，并分析得出产生故障主要原因是：日常维护管理不当、液压油污染严重与液压设备的失修．
