| Abstract: | The thesis aims at studying the present situation of the personality cultivation working system of university students.Based on the administrative system of higher education and the present human resources and material conditions,according to the objective of talent training and law of development,the thesis intends to explore the architecture of the personality cultivation system that is collaborative and orderly,scientific and reasonable,and consistent with the law of education and talents development. |
