高校教师教育投资、竞争与高教质量研究

如果教师和高校所有者之间的劳动合约体现不出教师科研水平的高低和传道、授业、解惑的多少,那么,教师的教学科研水平将面临锁定效应,即如果教师从高校得到的补偿和他们已沉淀的教育投资不匹配,那么,教师一般在自身教育投资方面就会不足,并导致教育低效率现象。高校产权的界定以及高校如何科学合理地制订出教师激励机制是解决这类问题的关键。

A Research on Teachers' Education Investment in Colleges and Universities, Competition and Quality of Higher Education

If the contract between teachers and the owner of colleges and universities cannot show the differences between the research levels and teaching levels of teachers,the teachers＇teaching and research levels will be locked.That is,if teachers＇income from colleges and universities cannot match theireducation investment,they would not like to invest more,which will lead to low efficiency in education.The delimitation of property rights of the colleges and universities and how to make scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism will be the key to the problem.
