| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国中小企业得到了迅速发展,特别是西部中小企业的发展,已经成为我国经济增长中的一个亮点.但是近几年,中小企业,特别是西部的中小企业融资困难成为制约其发展的重大障碍.通过对中小企业的发展现状以及融资困难的分析,提出一些解决西部中小企业融资问题的可行性措施和建议.

| Abstract: | Small and medium enterprises are playing an increasingly important role in our national economic development, but their development has been restricted by current financing difficulty. The paper analyzes the current financing situations and the main reasons for the situations in terms of their external environment, the financial aid, the problems with the small and medium enterprises and other aspects. Finally some remedies are presented in this paper. |
