| 摘 要： | 对于考量国家基层政权以及乡土社会的稳定而言 ,县乡之间的权力结构是关键的突破口 ,本文从国家权力的下沉程度、乡对县的依附程度以及县乡之间的权力矛盾程度三个方面入手 ,对秦汉以来 ,特别是晚清地方自治运动及中国共产党领导的国家政权建设后的县乡权力结构 ,进行了比较性的分析。为当前的基层政权建设提供理论上的支持。

| Abstract: | In the speech of national grass-roots Political authority and stability of the native soil society for considering,the structure of power between county and township is the key.This text from three respects of the structure of power between county and township at since Qin Dynasty and Han dynasty,espetially the local autonomy sport in Qing Dynasty and the construction of state power which the Communist Party of China led,including the degree that the state power sinks,the degree of depending on to the county of township,the power contradiction degree between county and township,has carried on the comparative analysis.It would build and offer the support in theory for he present grass-roots political authority. |
