我国农产品出口的破壁之策

我国加入WTO已3年有余,但农产品出口并未出现人们所预期的那样顺利,而是遭遇到了绿色壁垒的严重阻碍,已经给我国农产品出口带来了很大的影响。像反倾销一样,绿色壁垒成为我国入世后不容回避的问题。因此,只有探讨出有效的应对措施,才能保证“十一五”期间我国农产品出口的继续增长,使我国农产品出口健康而持久发展。

A Study of Counter-Measures to the Green Barriers

This paper analyses the great impact of the Green Trade Barriers on the agricultural export products,and puts forward some new and effective measures to solve the problems.Though our country has become member of the WTO for more than three years,the export of our agricultural products has not been developed as people had expected because of the Green Trade Barriers,which have brought in considerable losses.Like anti-dumping,this problem cannot be ignored.So effective measures have to be found to solve this problem.Only in this way can the agricultural export be continually developed in the period of the 11th Five-Year Program and step into a healthy and sustainable growth.
