| 摘 要： | 在回顾波特和卡普兰价值链及其流程分类的基础上,阐述了价值链变迁和流程分类的趋势:由关注股东价值到关注客户价值;由活动的分类到流程的观点;由通用到柔性的流程分类;技术流程由辅助流程到基本流程等,最后得出结论和启示.

| Abstract: | The dissertation reviews the value chain of Porter and Kaplan and process classification based on the value chain.It describes the trends of value chain and process classification as follows:the attention shift from stockholder value to customer value,the suggestion from classification of activity to process,the classification from general to flexible process,the technology process change from supporting process to basic process.Conclusions and suggestions are made at the end of the paper. |
