关于货币职能问题的新探讨

现行政治经济学及货币银行学将货币职能概括为价值尺度、流通手段、贮藏手段、支付手段和世界货币是不恰当的,应改为价格尺度(或交换价值尺度)、流通媒介、贮财手段、延付手段,且认为“世界货币”只是按货币发挥职能作用领域大小而划分的货币类型,不应认为是货币的职能。

New Discussion of Problems in the Functions of Currency

In the current political economics and monetary banking, the functions of currencies are inappropriately summarized as measures of value, instruments of circulation, means of hoard, means of payment, and world currency. This paper argues that they should be changed and replaced by measure of price ( or measure of exchange value) , media of circulation, means of saving money, and means of postponed payment. The paper also argues that the world money is not a function of the currency, but a category of money, which is decided by the regional scope where it functions.
