摘    要:企业人力资源管理中运用的激励手段,有时会收到负面的反应和效果。根据弗鲁姆提出的激励的期望理论,认识期望理论模型中的各个变量的含义和变化,运用在对领导行为的分析中,认为不仅有正激励,在一定条件下,还会出现反激励。通过实践工作的总结,得出了对一些管理思想的误区的新认识。

Abstract:The incentive scheme applied to human resource management at enterprises can sometimes be a double-edged sword with negative reaction and effects attained. This paper reviews the motivation expectancy theory put forward by the American psychologist V. H. Vroom, and delves into the connotations and changes associated with the various variants of the foregoing theory. The paper then concludes that, in analyzing the leadership behavior, there could not only be positive motivation, but also counter-motivation. By drawing on the practical work experiences on the part of the author, the paper outlines thoughts on a number of pitfalls associated with the management science.
