| 摘 要： | 将离散数学中的竞赛图法引入到综合评价研究当中,综合运用粗糙集和熵理论,构建区域科技创新能力的评价模型,并结合我国8个沿海省份的统计数据进行实证研究。通过研究发现,一方面,我国8个沿海城市的区域科技创新能力强弱排序为:广东、江苏、山东、浙江、辽宁、福建、河北、广西,实证结果更加客观、科学的反应了各省市的现实情况;另一方面,构建的竞赛图法评价模型在综合评价研究方面具有普遍的适用性,同时有效的避免了主观因素和信息重叠所带来的不利影响。
