| 摘 要： | 大理学院非专业类大学生艺术团呈现“百花齐放”的崭新面貌，但却在指导思想、管理体制、艺术师资、学生素养等方面存在诸多问题。以学生艺术团为依托，旨在构建地方院校大学生艺术团的可持续发展运行模式，提出建设高水平的非专业类大学生艺术团的新思路与新对策。

| Abstract: | College art-group, acting as an important platform which can cultivate sentiment and improve aesthetic accomphshment, is the effective carrier of implementing quality education in college. Non-professional college art groups in Dali University appeared the new features hke hundreds of blooming flowers; however, there are many problems with regard to guiding ideology, management system, art professional teachers and the students＇ art qualities. Depending on the college art groups, the study aimed at building the sustainable developing model in local college, and then presenting the new ideas and strategies for constructing higher-level of non-professional college art groups. |
