“后示范”时期高职院校内涵发展策略研究

摘    要:"后示范"时期是百所高职持续发展的关键时期,在这一时期,百所高职应抓住机遇,夯实基础,从完善师资队伍建设机制、探索校企合作深度融合机制、横向联系,建立校际联动机制、纵向拓展,探索高职教育国际合作机制等四方面,促进学院的内涵发展,实现可持续发展目标。

Abstract:" post-demonstration era" is a crucial period for " hundred higher vocational colleges" . At this time, these colleges should hunter grip well on that opportunity, ram their foundation solid, and strive hardly on strategies such like consummating teaching resource mechanism, exploring deep merging mecha- nism on school-company cooperationrnaking rehtionship horizontally for establishing the mechanism of inter-college interaction, and deepening longitudinally for exploring international cooperation mechanism of higher vocational education, in order to push forward of college implicational development, realizing sustainable development.
