专业建设实践与思考

专业是学校根据社会分工的需要所分成的学业门类。专业建设是专业的设置与调整、专业培养方案的制订与实施、专业实践教学基地的规划与建设、专业师资队伍的规划与建设以及专业教学改革与建设等一系列工作的总称。本针对我院专业建设的探索与实践，进行了分析，指出专业建设必须站在新世纪的高度，明确专业建设的指导思想、目标定位和发展思路，沉着应对良好的机遇与挑战。

The Practice of Speciality Construction and its Reflection

The division of speciality at schools is based on the social division of labour. The speciality construction includes the establishment and adjustment of speciality, the determination of its teaching plan, the setting up of the practising base, the standardization of professional teachers and the reform of the teaching principle. After the establishment of Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College, we have made some achievements in speciality construction, but there still exist some problems. With the coming of the new century, we must seize the opportunity, making clear the further direction and training objective of our speciality.
