| 摘 要： | 由于现代科学技术的飞速发展，互联网的重要地位早已被人们所认可。该文主要就互联网上政治传播、网上舆论以及政治参与三个方面来讨论网络对社会政治方面的影响，并认为互联网在政治信息的传播与表达、民主参与、直接性、公开性等方面，都达到了现代政治所要求的程度，互联网已成为政治民主进程的重要推动力量。
