世界贸易组织对区域贸易协定的规范及对我国的影响

经济全球化与区域经济一体化可谓是一对矛盾的两个方面,任何一方都不能或缺。关键在于如何化解矛盾,扬长避短。因而将区域经济协定纳入多边贸易体制可谓在今后相当时期内两全其美的措施。应在对WTO框架下区域贸易协定建立的法律基础和法律规范进行研究,结合我国的实际,就建立中港澳台四地更紧密经济联系的法律问题进行探索。充分利用WTO协议相关规范有利于我国进行区域合作的部分,扩大我国的区域经贸合作安排。

The Regional Trade Agreement under WTO Regulation and Its Influence

The economic globalization and regional economic harmonization are two sides of one contradiction, both sides of which coexist. The key is how to cope with the contradiction, make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages. It is proper to regulate the regional economic agreement inside the multilateral trade structure in a long futurre time. Consequently, this article analyses the regulation on regional trade agreements, and tries to explore the legal base of the establishment of the closer economic relations among the mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. We should enlarge the regional trade and economic cooperation by taking full advantages of the relevant regulation of WTO in favor of us.
