| 摘 要： | 根据灰色系统理论的灰关联分析方法确定基础研究、应用研究、试验发展的投入对科技产出的贡献率,运用改进的灰色区间预测模型对R＆D投入总量与结构进行预测,从而建立多目标线性规划模型,实现对未来R＆D投入结构的优化设计,并以江苏省为例,建立了江苏省R＆D投入结构的优化模型.
