| 摘 要： | 以兵变建国的宋王朝，统治阶级面临着历史上前所未有的严峻局面。然而，宋王朝却维持了数百年的统治，其原因在于：就治理国家而言，宋政府一手抓伦理教化，一手抓社会治安，其中尤为突出的是加强法制建设，使得社会秩序保持相对的稳定。

| Abstract: | In the Song dynasty which was formed by military mutiny,the ruling class had ever faced the unprecedented urgent situation.There were some reasons why its ruling was maintained for hundreds of years.In so far as its national administration,the government of Song emphasized the ethical and educational role and the public security,legal construction was predominant,and then its social order was kept relatively stable. |
