摘    要:本实验首次研究了同等条件下不同强度的规则运动对血小板内源性NOS的影响.实验将35个健康青年男子分为四组分别进行为期8周的不同强度的运动训练.结果如下:(1)中强度规则运动明显降低舒张压,增大脉压,小强度规则运动在增大肺活量上最为突出,而大强度规则运动在以上方面作用不明显;(2)中小强度规则运动后,血小板内NOS活性和血浆NO含量均明显升高,而大强度规则运动后NOS活性和NO含量没有明显升高.结果表明:中小强度规则运动在抑制血小板功能,减少血栓形成方面起重要作用.

Abstract:For the first time and under the same condition, the experiment makes a study of the influence of regular exercises with different intensity on endogenesis NOS of blood plates. 35 healthy young men, divided into 4 groups, were trained with different intensity for 8 weeks, which resulted in (1) Regular exercises with moderate intensity obviously decreased diastole pressure and increased pulse pressure, while with light intensity significantly increased the vital capacity but after regular exercises with high intensity there were no obvious changes in the above symptoms; (2) After regular exercises with light and moderate intensity, the NOS activity and the No content of plasma in blood plates increased clearly while no changes after with high intensity. The result shows regular exercises with light and moderate intensity play an important role in controlling the function of blood plates and reducing thrombus.
